Someone once said, “Panicking is nothing but fear.”

There are some things that people often forget like simplicity, calmness, peace, etc. It is not very important to remember it like the Ten Commandment but it definitely will make a difference if everyone thought of it at least once a day.
If you feel like you’re drowning in this ocean that has no end; don’t even bother about how deep you’re going but think of how long you can hold your breath so that you can see the surface soon. You don’t have to be a real good swimmer to survive while drowning. If you are a person who does not panic you can manage it lie in the water on your chest, let your chin touch your chest and spread out your hands and legs. It’s all about concentrating yet letting yourself lose to get to the surface. This is how easy it can be if you want it to be. Else, you might drown or panic or hurt yourself. Since hurting oneself is the cruelest thing one can do, try not to do it.
